SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

     Our turnaround usually takes 1-2 days or as soon as possible! HOWEVER, it may take up to 14 days depending on how much orders we recieve!


HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED YET

     You will receive an email with your tracking number when a shipping label is created. Your tracking number will only be activated once packages arrived at the post office.


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE

    U.S delivery time: 1-3 days

    International delivery time: 7-21 DAYS

DELIVERY TIME MAY VARRY DEPENDS ON YOUR LOCATION AND IT ALSO DEPENDS ON THE GROUP ORDER MANAGER YOU PLACED AN ORDER WITH. ONCE I SEND OUT ORDERS TO GROUP ORDER MANAGERS, THEY BECOME RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER. PEASE CHECK UPDATES WITH YOUR SPECIFIED GROUP MANAGER!

    International orders doesn't have any tracking for most countries

    International shipping cost gets really pricey depending where you are! Group Order or G.O is mainly based on your country and it’s another way to purchase goods you want for a cheaper shipping price!


CAN I OPEN A GROUP ORDER FOR (COUNTRY)?

    Yes, but please email us at ohmaidaily@gmail.com or DM us on instagram @ohmaidaily before purchasing!


DO YOU HAVE A GROUP ORDER FOR (COUNTRY)?

     Please message us by email or instagram/twitter for G.O list! We dont have group order for each country yet, but if you know any group order manager for your country please let them know to contact us. We are happily to open a G.O. for you!


PREORDER

WHAT IS A PREORDER

     I open preorder with pins to earn the funds for the production. Preorder is when you order an item that has not yet been made. That being said, preorder items take awhile to be send out to you. However, it also has its perks! Preorder contains free goodies and A-grade quality item such as pin is set for you!


CAN I ORDER SOMETHING THAT ARE IN STOCK WITH MY PREORDER ITEM?

     Yes, however items that are in stock will only be shipped out when the preorder item is created and ready to ship!


SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

     Yes! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please email us at ohmaidaily@gmail.com regarding this matter!


I RECIEVED AN ITEM DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED

     Please check your receipt which was emailed to you and make sure item(s) you purchased is correct! if the item is still different from what you ordered after checking, please attach pictures of what you received with your order number on your email. Message us at ohmaidaily@gmail.com!



THE ADDRESS I PUT IS WRONG

     We are gladly to change your address as long as your order hasn’t been shipped out yet! Please email us at ohmaidaily@gmail.com the correct address along with your order number!


IF THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED TO THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU FIRST PROVIDED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED WITH ANOTHER SHIPPING COST TO RESEND TO A CORRECT ADDRESS. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!


CAN I ORDER AGAIN ALONG WITH MY FIRST PURCHASE?

    You may place another order and let us know if you do so! Your items will shipped out together and we will refund you the shipping cost you paid on your second purchase. HOWEVER, only partial of paid shipping cost will be refunded if the weight of the package changed.


KEEP IN MIND, SHIPPING COST IS BASED ON THEWEIGHT OF THE PACKAGE!

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET


     International delivery takes 7-21 days to arrice and may vary depending on your location. if it's more than a month, post office has delcalred it as missing or lost. We are willing to refund you or replace the item(s) depending on our current stock! Please email us at ohmaidaily@gmail.com about this issue!
